We cannot guarantee against color loss, shrinkage, damages to weak or tender fabrics; nor can we guarantee against color bleed-over from new clothes or clothes with poorly set dyes.
We will try our best to remove all stains, but we do not guarantee it.
We accept no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear during washing and drying.
We reserve the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
We can not be responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money or jewelry. You are responsible to remove all items in the clothing before giving it to us.
We do our best to identify and remove dry clean-only items, but we can not be responsible for damage to dryclean-only clothes that you put into your laundry bag and we don't identify and remove.
Customers must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.
All prices and promotions are subjected to change at anytime without any notice.
We will do our best to finish and return your laundry on the promised time, but can not guarantee unforeseen delays due to natural or man made causes.
